Leaving Monona, we'll have a quick stop in Gowerie to see Scott's dad's grave and get as close as possible to Kansas City. There are lots of cute houses in town. The typical two level modular farmhouse. Every morning and some evenings I'd walk Whiskey on a different route through town. There were a few houses that had porches so lovely I wanted to knock on the door and ask if I could have a sit for a while.
